To Prophets The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Presidential Primaries, scheduled for January 31, 2026, have been torn between science and religion, amid a myriad of pollster predictions and divine revelations from some men of God.
Speaking to this on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo morning show on Wednesday, January 28, the spokesperson for Dr. Mahamadu Bawmuia’s campaign team, Miracles Aboagye, explained that the prophecies of the men of God cannot be discounted.
However, Miracles Aboagye has urged all Men of God who have prophesied victory for a particular candidate to close down their churches should their prophecies fail to manifest.
Several prophets have made predictions about the NPP primaries. While some have prophesied a win for former Vice President and the 2024 flagbearer of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, others have also tipped former Assin Central MP, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, as the flagbearer of the NPP.
Notable prophets who have predicted a win for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia include;
- Prophet Emmanuel Worlasi, who has prophesied that Dr. Bawumia will win convincingly.
- Prophet Paul Kusi Appaiah has predicted that Dr. Bawumia will win the primaries and go ahead to win the 2028 general elections.
- Prophet William Braham has also revealed that Dr. Bawumia has been anointed to lead Ghana as presient, hence calling on all delegates to retain him as the party’s flagbearer.
- Prophet Joshua Adjei has predicted that Dr. Bawumia would win with a landslide margin of 69-72%
One man stands tall with predictions for Kennedy Ohene Agyapong. Prophet Bernard ElBernard Nelson-Eshun has remained resolute in his conviction that Kennedy Ohene Agyapong would become the NPP’s flagbearer, referencing a divine revelation declared in 2015.
